PRE QUALIFICATION TENDER FORMS NEW BUILD HOSPITAL GRANDE PRAIRIE, ALBERTA The Project consists of a "new build" Hospital approx. 63,580 m2 three floor acute care facility for City of Grande Prairie, AB. Facility components include Emergency Care, Diagnostic Imaging, Cancer Care, Obstetrics, Pediatrics, Cardiac Health, Medicine/Surgery, Intensive Care, Inpatient, Ambulatory Care and GPRC Teaching/Learning Facility. The superstructure is concrete, with exception to mechanical penthouse and ambulance bay, which are structural steel. The envelope is glazed curtain walling with a metal panel system. The roof is SBS system. Closing date for Pre Qualification forms to be submitted will be August 25th, 2015 @ 2 pm. Details for submissions are provided on the forms.
