MORTGAGE SALE The condominium unit known as 27 - 101 Donwood Drive, Winnipeg, Manitoba, as described in Certificate of Title No. 1894912/1 will be sold at auction by a licensed Auctioneer on Wednesday, the 8th day of July, 2015 at 9:30 A.M. at Gray's-Carter's Auction Service, 655 Logan Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba. To the best of the vendor's knowledge, there is situated on the mortgage property an 843 sq. ft. 2 level row style condominium unit; unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath; tile/wood floors on main level; wood laminate floors in bedrooms on upper level; partially finished basement. Monthly common element fees are $182.70 per month plus a monthly Special Assessment charge of $43.80 for ongoing roof repairs vendor is advised that the last special assessment charge will be due on August 1, 2015.
