NOTICE OF INTENTION TO MAKE AN APPLICATION BY LIQUIDATOR OF IDAM ENTERPRISES LTD. t/a APOLLO TRAVEL AGENCY AND OF GIJA ENTERPRISES LTD. Notice is hereby given that MNP Ltd., in its capacity as interim receiver and manager of IDAM Enterprises Ltd. t/a Apollo Travel Agency ("IDAM") and GIJA Enterprises Ltd. ("GIJA"), with powers to liquidate IDAM and GIJA in accordance with The Corporations Act C.C.S.M. c. C225 (the "Act"), intends to make application to court for an order under sections 210-216 of the Act discontinuing the liquidation, discharging the interim receiver, approving the interim receiver's final accounts and authorizing the assignment of IDAM and GIJA into bankruptcy.
